We are seeking a highly skilled QA Lead to take ownership of the quality assurance process for our cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions. As a solo contributor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by guiding and supporting engineers in building robust testing processes. While this position emphasizes automation and strategic oversight, it may include manual testing when needed. This role is ideal for a quality expert who thrives on empowering teams to deliver exceptional results and is obsessed with product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Define and implement quality standards and best practices across the development lifecycle.
Work closely with engineers to design and implement automated testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
Act as a quality advocate, ensuring testing processes align with business goals and technical requirements.
Guide and mentor engineers on effective testing techniques, tools, and frameworks.
Monitor and improve testing processes to ensure they remain efficient and effective as the product evolves.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues early in the development cycle.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and team productivity.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing, with a focus on automation and quality processes.
Strong technical background with proficiency in testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Jest, or similar.
Experience working in Agile development environments with CI/CD pipelines.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to influence and guide engineering teams.
Proven ability to create and maintain effective testing strategies for complex software systems.
Passion for driving quality and delivering reliable, high-performing products.
