Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced CRM Dynamics Systems Analyst to join a project in the automotive industry. The role involves analyzing complex systems, gathering business requirements from clients, and defining functional and technical specifications.

Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications.
Lead requirements gathering processes with clients and internal teams.
Design and implement processes within CRM Dynamics 365.
Collaborate with software vendors and internal/external teams.
Provide tailored solutions based on client needs and support testing phases.
REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in system analysis - mandatory.
Proven experience in writing detailed functional and technical specifications.
Strong understanding of business processes and multi-interface systems.
Experience with CRM Dynamics 365 and process implementation - advantage.
Familiarity with service centers, sales, and marketing processes - advantage.
Proficiency in SQL and working with databases.
Ability to work well in a team and learn independently.
