Mechanical Engineer

TechMer is seeking a mechanical engineer with experience in developing mechanical designs for electronic devices designed to operate in harsh environments. Familiar with international design standards. Our offices located in Or-Yehuda. Responsibilities: Mechanical design of electronic devices, including electrical wiring and electronic boards (integration), using Autodesk Inventor. Creation and maintenance of a set of documentation for the designed product, as well as support for the manufacturer. (AutoCAD dwg drawings, pdf drawings, 3D models). Preparation of documentation in accordance with international and company standards. Familiarization with military standards in the field of design and operation of mechanical products. Collaboration with electronics design specialists and project managers. Development of designs using various technologies, including aluminum die casting, plastic molding, pressing, stamping, etc. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Sc) – mandatory At least 3 years of experience in complex mechanical design – mandatory Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Inventor or SolidWorks , including parametric design, assembly creation, and drawing generation – mandatory Excellent knowledge of basic international design standards Introduction to military standards (MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-1275) – mandatory Experience in support subcontractors– mandatory Experience working with multidisciplinary systems integrating mechanical and electrical components Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaborative. Advantages: Experience in Autodesk Inventor Experience in the defense industry or other highly regulated industries Familiarity with Agile PDM Knowledge in aluminum die casting and plastic molding
