Risk Coordinator

Nayax is looking for a Risk Coordinator to join our Risk-growing team.

The Risk Coordinator will Report to the Risk Officer.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

Transaction Monitoring: Review flagged cases for potential risks or suspicious activities.
Customer Verification: Conducting verification processes for flagged cases and communicating directly with customers.
Collaboration: Engage with internal department teams to gather information and clarify cases.
Escalation Protocol: Identify cases requiring escalation based on established criteria.
Chargeback process: Manage the chargeback process with Nayax merchants.

Requirements:

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

Familiarity with transaction monitoring and the financial services industry.
Communication skills to interact effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and identify irregularities or suspicious patterns.
Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and precision in handling sensitive information.
Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast-changing environment
Able to take ownership of fast-paced projects with rapidly shifting priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to translate financial analytics into clear and insightful recommendations
Experience working with ERP systems and BI tools- Advantage
Excellent English and Hebrew skills – writing and verbal
