We're looking for a Technical Lead who's awesome as a full stack developer and has leadership skills, who can inspire innovation in our development teams. In this role, you will take an integral part in the creation of a new and innovative SaaS product. You will be responsible for the technological aspects of the company’s operations and overseeing and guiding the R&D of the innovative future technologies of the company. Responsibilities: Pair with other engineers to deliver world-class solutions. Lead the design and development of software architecture for complex features, considering factors such as scalability, maintainability, and performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Define and document architecture specifications, guidelines, and best practices. Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies to support the development process. Provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding them in implementing architectural principles and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals. Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices to maintain code quality. B.Sc. Computer Science Degree (or equivalent) At least 4 years of experience in development C#, .Net Core, Angular, MS-SQL Experienced with cloud solutions design, preferably Azure Extensive knowledge of engineering principles and procedures, Proven experience bringing a software solution from an early development stage to production. Must be a strong and effective leader Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills Fluent English
