*Job Description:*

We are a construction company based in Houston, TX, seeking motivated and skilled Remote Cold Call Telemarketing Agents to join our team. As a telemarketing agent, your primary responsibility will be to cold call homeowners and persuade them to schedule a free estimate for various home improvement services.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads for home improvement services
* Schedule appointments for free estimates with interested homeowners
* Provide clear and persuasive information about our services
* Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments

*Requirements:*
* *Experience:* Previous telemarketing or cold calling experience is required
* *English Proficiency:* Must have C1 or C2 level fluency in speaking, reading, and writing
* *Skills:* Excellent spoken and written English skills are essential
* *Equipment:* Must have a computer, fast and reliable internet connection, and a headset. We will provide the dialer and CRM software.
* *Availability:* Must be able to work the specified hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST)
* *Breaks:* Two 30-minute breaks (12:00 PM - 12:30 PM CST and 3:00 PM - 3:30 PM CST)
