Salesforce Project Manager

DESCRIPTION

We are hiring a Salesforce Project Manager & System Analyst to join one of our key financial clients . This is a great opportunity to lead complex Salesforce projects end-to-end within a dynamic and highly technological environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects, including planning, execution, delivery, and implementation.
Collaborate with IT and technology teams in a large financial organization, with a strong focus on system integrations.
Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders, building trust and alignment across the organization.
Define and maintain project plans, timelines, releases, tasks, and issue tracking.
Perform system analysis and write high-level specifications in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Provide hands-on Salesforce expertise, including writing technical specifications for development and implementation teams.
Oversee releases and deployments, ensuring smooth go-live and adoption by business users.
Provide ongoing system support and maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of experience in project management, system analysis, and design in Salesforce-based projects.
Proven experience in system integrations with Salesforce.
Hands-on Salesforce implementation experience (minimum 1 year).
Experience in large financial organizations – strong advantage.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM – advantage.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-team leadership skills.
