Salesforce Project Manager

DESCRIPTIONWe are hiring a Salesforce Project Manager & System Analyst to join one of our key financial clients . This is a great opportunity to lead complex Salesforce projects end-to-end within a dynamic and highly technological environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Salesforce projects, including planning, execution, delivery, and implementation.Collaborate with IT and technology teams in a large financial organization, with a strong focus on system integrations.Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders, building trust and alignment across the organization.Define and maintain project plans, timelines, releases, tasks, and issue tracking.Perform system analysis and write high-level specifications in collaboration with business stakeholders.Provide hands-on Salesforce expertise, including writing technical specifications for development and implementation teams.Oversee releases and deployments, ensuring smooth go-live and adoption by business users.Provide ongoing system support and maintenance.REQUIREMENTS3+ years of experience in project management, system analysis, and design in Salesforce-based projects.Proven experience in system integrations with Salesforce.Hands-on Salesforce implementation experience (minimum 1 year).Experience in large financial organizations – strong advantage.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM – advantage.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-team leadership skills.
