As a Visual Designer at WSC Sports, you will work on company-wide projects to apply brand guidelines as well as contribute to expanding our visual language. You will create video content, graphics, and animation for a variety of digital platforms.

What you’ll do:

Create and execute concepts, artwork, animation, and video content which may include:

designing and creating all brand materials, including campaigns, website pages, conferences
Creating images and visual assets to accompany content, including blog banners, social media posts, infographics
Create unique event themes, logos, Merchandise and on-screen graphics

Requirements:

What you’ll need:

5+ years of design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in marketing design assets. Previous experience in a startup environment is a significant advantage.
A degree in Visual Communications from a leading institution (Shenkar, Bezalel, HIT, or Wizo).
Expert-level proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with AfterEffects for motion graphics is a plus.
Exceptional skills in design fundamentals, including composition, typography, and creative ideation.
Proven expertise in translating marketing and advertising goals into compelling visual designs. Possesses a deep understanding of the creative process, from cracking briefs to delivering high-impact assets.
A collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills.
Must be adaptable, flexible, and accountable, with a proven ability to manage tight deadlines, handle rework gracefully, and track multiple projects simultaneously.
