We are looking for a Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to drive operational excellence across the company's Marketing department. This person will play a pivotal role in optimizing and streamlining the company's marketing processes, ensuring the seamless execution and tracking of campaigns across functions and at all points of the customer journey. This is a full-time role in the Marketing department, reporting to the CEO.
What is a day in the life of a Senior Manager of Marketing Operations?
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with strategic goals.
Analyze marketing workflows across the funnel, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement, and implementing solutions for enhanced efficiency.
Centralize the company's martech stack, building for scale, hygiene, and velocity.
Develop and maintain documentation for marketing processes, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.
Monitor key performance metrics and generate reports and insights into campaign effectiveness and areas of optimization.
What will I need to thrive in this role?
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing operations, development, campaign management, and/or process optimization.
Technical expertise in managing marketing technologies, including automation platforms and data analytics tools.
A high bar for delivery and quality control, extreme ownership on marketing ops-supported processes.
Excellent project management abilities to coordinate complex, multi-faceted marketing projects on time and within scope.
Effective collaboration skills to support and build trust with cross-functional teams.
