Project Manager

Manage multiple high-budget Hardware projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet scope, timeline,rdware and budget requirements. • Oversee projects at different life cycle stages, from initiation to closure. • Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams. • Work closely with engineering teams across mechanical, electronics, and systems disciplines, coordinating between these domains and supporting integration processes for complex systems.
Ensure all aspects of project management are addressed, including business, administrative, financial, and technical requirements. • Negotiate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and achieve project goals. • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management. • Maintain excellent interpersonal relationships and ensure high levels of service orientation and productivity.
Foster a creative and solution-oriented environment to address project challenges. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a multi-project environment. • Previous project management experience in the defense industry is a significant advantage, preferably in the air defense systems sector.
Technical understanding of mechanical engineering and electronics, along with familiarity with systems engineering, subsystem interfaces, and complex systems integration. • Experience working in stressful environments with multiple competing priorities. • Familiarity with project management software and tools. • Proven experience in negotiations and conflict resolution.
