We are looking for an inspirational leader to lead a global R&D unit in multiple locations (US, IL, India) developing the infrastructure as well as applications in our Cloud SaaS offering

We are looking for someone who is passionate about building Cloud SaaS products that are used by millions of users and a team of highly qualified software engineers.

This position calls for a seasoned professional who will be playing a lead role in elevating our cloud SaaS platform to the next levels, assuming end to end responsibilities within the unit for the development & innovation activities, hiring and staffing, managing budgets and driving continuous improvement.

Nice CXone is the leading cloud Contact Center As a Software (CCAS) that combines best-in-class Omnichannel Routing, Analytics, Workforce Optimization, Automation and Artificial Intelligence on an Open Cloud Foundation.

Our customers include 85 of the Fortune 100 and we are the #1 position from all leading analysts. With proven domain expertise, we handle over 6 billion interactions a year and have over 200,000 agents in the cloud.

The product consists of latest and greatest software technologies, using AWS as our Cloud platform, in a microservices fully scabble architecture and with enhanced CI/CD processes.

Responsibilities:

Manage global R&D unit in multiple locations (US, IL, India,)
Full responsibility for your product area delivery
Full responsibility for your product area's technical domain – architecture, integrations, technical governance, methodologies, and best practices
Ensure continuous improvement of the development methodologies, R&D structure, product quality, scalability and security
Build a long-term roadmap and short-term plans towards product delivery
Strong relationship and tight collaboration with the respective LoB managers, driving jointly the product roadmap and delivery strategy
Hiring and staffing strategy to address employee succession and knowledge sharing

Requirements:

12+ years of experience in the Enterprise SW R&D industry
5+ years of experience in managing global R&D organization
Proven experience in development management of multi components, multi layers, distributed systems (on premise and in the cloud)
Experience in new concept and product development as well as sustaining engineering
Proven experience in Cloud products, platforms and infrastructure
Experience in Cloud data warehouse and reporting - advantage
Vast experience in advanced development tools, methods and processes
Proven experience in recruiting and growing top talents to success
Evidence of visionary and decisive leadership with the ability to inspire staff and others across the organization
Ability to perform under pressure in a constantly changing environment
Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, highly motivated, assertive
Customer-first and results-driven mindset

Education:

BS Computer Science and alike from leading academic school
MBA an advantage
