Lead Developer, Backend Engineering

DBmaestro is a pioneer and leading provider of automation and DevOps solutions for databases. Our flagship product, DBmaestro DevOps Platform, empowers Agile development and enables Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) for the database.

We are seeking a passionate leader and team player with the following qualifications:

Experience & Skills:
At least 5 years of experience with C# or Java.
Proven design capabilities and ability to architect scalable solutions.
Excellent understanding of database systems, particularly MS-SQL and Oracle.
Familiarity with software engineering best practices, including testing, code reviews, immutability, and more.
Proficient in performance analysis and optimization.
Deep knowledge of tools, libraries, and frameworks relevant to your work.
Awareness of bad practices and anti-patterns in software development.

Quick learner of large and complex systems, including their inner workings.
