Deloitte – the leading and largest professional services firm in the world looking for an Audit & Assurance Manager for the High-Tech sector.

Performing annual audits and quarterly financial reviews for startups companies
Performing audits of income tax reports and declaration of assets
Working according to US GAAP, IFRS and Israeli GAAP.
Supporting IPOs of startups and growth companies.
Supporting equity fund raising, mergers and acquisitions, exit transactions and due diligence.
Accompanying capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, sales transactions (exit) and due diligence processes

Requirements
Must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Must be a certified public accountant.
Must have at least 2 years of experience in as a manager performing external audits of Hi-Tech companies.
Ability to be organized and take initiative.
Attentive to details and service oriented.
