We want to hear from you!As an LLM Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and refining Large Language Model (LLM) prompts to strengthen and scale Paradox’s conversational AI capabilities. In this role, you will:Design and implement LLM evaluation frameworks to assess and integrate new AI models, parameters, and techniquesCreate synthetic datasets and develop end-to-end GenAI workflows, from data preprocessing to model deploymentEvaluate and integrate new AI models and technologies, staying at the forefront of advancements in the fieldDesign and build AI agents that automate key workflows for recruiters, empowering them with intelligent automation capabilitiesOptimize AI-user interactions through prompt engineering and other techniques to enhance our AI-driven hiring assistantImplement practical applications of LLM research findings, creating scalable tools for user-facing applicationsConduct data analysis and develop metrics to measure the performance and impact of AI solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and our global R&D team to drive AI innovation and evolve strategies across our productsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in Data Science or similar rolesExperience working with Python is a plusDeep interest and foundational knowledge in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt EngineeringExcellent written communication and problem-solving skillsFluent in English, including both written and verbal communicationAbility to learn quickly and maintain attention to detailAuthorization to work in IsraelPreferred Qualifications:Experience in UI/UX design, Machine Learning, AI techniques, chatbot development platforms, or NLP/NLU is a plusWhy you should work at Paradox:Work side by side with passionate, purposeful people - Talent is our DNA and we pride ourselves on having the best!You’ll have the ability to make a big impact on a growing organization and drive your own growthYou’ll have the opportunity to be part of the team building the next big thing in recruiting technologyInternal and external professional development, coaching, and continuous education opportunities#LI-onsite
