We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our team and play a key role in building our technology and culture.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll be a key part of a team of professionals tackling a significant unmet need in healthcare. You can expect a high sense of ownership, a lot of responsibility, and endless room for growth.
Lead feature development and collaborate with others on delivery daily, ensuring high performance, scalability, and quality.
Take part in key decisions regarding architecture, roadmap, technology and UX
Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of engineering excellence. Basically, creating a work environment that’s amazingly productive and fun.

What You’ll Bring:

7+ years of professional experience as a software engineer focusing on the backend side, preferably with Python
Strong experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL such as PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch.) and ability to design for scale and velocity of end-to-end data-driven solutions.
Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
A product mindset, you care about the “why,” not just the “how.” You balance technical excellence and delivery
Familiarity with LLM-based applications (LLM APIs, orchestration tools, Vector DBs, RAG) or working with video pipelines - advantage.
