What you’ll do:

Drive the evolution of our core technologies while architecting and implementing new strategic initiatives
Take full ownership of the Graphics Engine product, driving its technical strategy, architecture, and end-to-end implementation.
Act as a key contributor in the creation of our state-of-the-art, web-based video editor, shaping the future of our platform.
Actively mentor team members, supporting their professional development and career growth
Collaborate with product management to define and execute technical roadmaps

Requirements:

What you’ll need:

At least 2 years of proven experience leading, mentoring, coaching, and growing high-performance software development teams
At least 5 years of hands-on software development experience (Full-Stack)
Hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms and building large-scale distributed systems in the cloud
Excellence in system architecture and API design
Skilled in leading cross-team efforts while aligning with other stakeholders
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Electrical Engineering or similar

Bonus points:

Strong background in C#, JS, and React
Experience in computer graphics, video rendering pipelines, or graphics programming (e.g., using OpenGL/WebGL)
Familiarity with graphics and motion design tools, particularly Adobe After Effects
