Position Overview:

As the Employee Experience Specialist (Global Facilitator) at Cellebrite, you will be instrumental in elevating the workplace environment for our diverse global workforce. Your role involves working collaboratively across departments and regions to spearhead programs and initiatives that cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture, thereby bolstering the company's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement: execute the initiatives as part of the yearly plan to boost employee engagement, including recognition programs and team-building activities.
Wellness Programs: Collaborate to execute and promote wellness initiatives supporting employee well-being.
Oversee the yearly budget and allocate recourses to all global regions.
Continuous Improvement: Establish feedback mechanisms for ongoing enhancement of employee satisfaction.
Coordination with external suppliers, production companies, and internal departments including procurement, legal, finance, and HR.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in Employee Experience role
Experience in a tech company.
Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a global and cross-functional environment.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for communication and project management.
Fluent in English - Written and verbal
