What you need:

Hands-on team leader with a great software and deployment architecture skills
At least 3 years of experience in managing development teams
At least 3 years of experience in running and maintaining a production system
Experience with agile development
Experience with CI/CD
Experience with cloud-based server infrastructure such as AWS Cloud
Building distributed system in a microservice architecture using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm

Ability to support the following:

Experience with AI lifecycle including LLM model selection, training, finetune, and inference
Experience with GO
Experience with Python
Experience with JavaScript including React/Redux
Experience with of data monitoring and visualization tools (Prometheus/Grafana)
