R&D Team Lead

Requirements:

6+ years in software development or technical leadership roles.

Proven track record in leading and delivering complex projects.

Frontend: Material Design, Bootstrap, Angular/React, TypeScript.
Backend: NestJS, relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
Infrastructure: AWS, Terraform, OOP, OOD, DDD, Microservices, SOLID principles.
Web Security: Secure coding, threat modeling, vulnerability management.
AI: Familiarity with AI technologies and prompt engineering.

Responsibilites:

This is a full-time Remote role for a Team Lead.

The Team Lead will be responsible for leading R&D projects.
Lead and mentor a cross-functional development team.
Define technical requirements, architecture, and project roadmaps.
Oversee design, development, and deployment of software projects.
Implement modern web security practices and leverage AI for workflow optimization.
Manage workflows using tools like Jira, Confluence, and GitLab.
