Trade Compliance Officerזיהוי דרישה: 3500מיקום גאוגרפי: שרוןחברה: ElbitSystemsעיר: נתניה.Elbit Systems, C4I and Cyber Division, located in Netanya is looking for a Trade Compliance Officer, Reporting to the Division's General CounselResponsibilitiesDevelop, update, and implement an effective Trade Compliance Program to ensure the company complies with international export control laws and regulationsInitiate and lead organizational processes, draft procedures and legal opinions, monitor and update various elements of the compliance programMonitor, implement and enforce procedures, conduct training sessions, and perform compliance audits both internally and externallyProficient on legal and regulatory in the scope of work, including of changes and significant compliance events within the industryManage and oversee the issuance of trade compliance applications, drafting and signing of international export control declarations, monitor acceptance of appropriate licenses, providing guidance to program managers and the company's security officerLead processes related to approvals, implementation, training, monitoring, and compliance with TAA (Technical Assistance Agreements)Promote and implement compliance initiatives, collaborating with various organizational functions and business units across the companyAdhere to the annual work plan as defined by the Corporate Trade Compliance Officer at Elbit SystemsRequirementsLegal degree or other relevant compliance qualification with at least 2 years of experienceExperience in international defense trade control regulation, familiarity with the ITAR and EAR regulations, is an advantageProven experience in drafting, implementing, and enforcing compliance programsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and EnglishAssertiveness and strong matrix management capabilitiesConfidence in public speaking and effective message deliveryUncompromising ethics and business integrityA proactive approach, willingness to learn, problem-solving skills, and effectiveness in executionExceptional service orientation and strong interpersonal skillsWorkplaceA combination of the Gush-Dan area and Netanya**רק פניות מתאימות יענו
