About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the definition and execution of our company's SaaS and Cloud infrastructure roadmap across products. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our platform and driving customer satisfaction.
The ControlUp Product Management group is responsible for the overall products portfolio, shaping the roadmap and delivering on strategy.
Our products utilize Azure and AWS, data streaming, APIs, various DBs and agent components on customer premises.
What You’ll Do:
Define and lead ControlUp DEX SaaS and cloud infrastructure roadmap, execution plans and methodologies, including architecture, scalability, security, and performance.
Collaborate with architects, DevOps, DBAs, engineering, security to translate business requirements into technical specifications, evaluate technical tradeoffs, implications on costs, ensuring alignment to the products vision.
Deep dive into each product architecture and common infrastructure.
Work on plans for migrating and converging existing architectures, DBs and tools to the new desired state.
Take responsibility for delivering a successful unified cross-product architecture, step in wherever needed, and never shy away from the details or lose sight of the bigger picture.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to ensure our infrastructure and cloud services are cutting-edge.
Define KPIs and metrics to measure the success and impact of the architectural and tooling roadmap.
What You’ll Bring:
3+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager experience.
7+ years of Enterprise SaaS Software and technology experience (architect, software development).
Deep understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure), SaaS architecture\Have some experience with data streaming, No/SQL databases, APIs, BI tools, and CI/CD processes.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences in English and Hebrew.
Ability to identify and solve complex problems.
