About the Role:

We are seeking a brilliant, hands-on Full Stack Development Team Leader to join our top-notch technology team. As a Team Leader, you will have the autonomy and authority to guide a team in building outstanding products within an agile development lifecycle. Join a dynamic, highly technical, and skilled group of professionals driving innovative products and platforms.

Requirements:

What will you do?

Lead a team of developers through the entire product lifecycle including architecture, design, development, quality assurance, and production deployment.
Engage in hands-on development of features (~30% of the time).
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers.
Mentor and develop team talent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Knowledge and Experience

MSc or BSc in Computer Science from a top-tier university, or equivalent experience.
Proven track record as a doer, leader, and hands-on coder with strong analytical skills.
Minimum of 7 years of full-stack development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in fundamental front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Expertise in JavaScript frameworks, particularly ReactJS.
Strong proficiency in server-side languages such as NodeJS or Java.
Familiarity with IT infrastructure including MongoDB, Redis, Elastic, and PostgreSQL.
Experience in designing and developing APIs.
