BMC Is looking for a QA Engineer to join our QE team working on complex and distributed software, developing test plans, executing tests, developing automation & assuring product quality.

If you are an experienced QA Engineer with a fundamental testing understanding and experience and no stranger to programming; If you are a people-oriented team player that holds a proactive approach and ability to solve complex problems – we can offer you professional challenges and opportunities alongside a rewarding work environment.

How will your day-to-day look like?:

Perform manual tests as well as automation development using Python (E2E testing)

Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.

Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.

Support the team in tracking progress, managing tasks, and ensuring smooth execution of sprints and deliverables

Collaborate with various teams (development, support, etc.) to ensure quality testing

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in at least one of the following: Software Quality Engineer, Automation developer or Performance engineer

Experience working in complex distributed systems

Deep knowledge of operating systems and database

Experience in agile development environment

Ability to organize work, monitor progress, and help the team maintain focus on sprint goals

Excellent communication skills and strong attention to details

Nice to Have:

Test Automation experience (preferably in Python)

Experience from a global software enterprise

B.Sc. in a related field
