תיאור משרה:

לסודהסטרים דרוש/ה מהנדס/ת איכות ורגולציה- החלפה לחל"ד- 9 חודשים

אחריות על ניהול וקידום משימות רגולטוריות בתחום תאימות מוצרים, חומרי גלם ואריזות, בדגש על מסמכי רגולציה, מגע עם מזון ואישור גרפיקות אריזה. התפקיד כולל עבודה שוטפת מול ספקים וממשקים פנימיים בארץ ובעולם.

תחומי אחריות:

הכנה, בחינה ותחזוקה של מסמכים רגולטוריים, לרבות:
הצהרות התאמה – DoC
גיליונות בטיחות – SDS
הצהרות ספקים ומסמכי תאימות לחומרי גלם ולמוצרים
דוחות בדיקה ומסמכים תומכים בתחום מגע עם מזון
קידום פעילויות תאימות למגע עם מזון, לרבות:
איסוף ובחינת מידע מספקים
הגדרת דרישות בדיקה ומעקב אחר ביצוע בדיקות
בחינת תוצאות ומסמכי מעבדות
מעקב אחר השלמת פערים רגולטוריים
תמיכה בפעילות הרגולטורית בתחום האריזות:
בחינת התאמת חומרי אריזה לדרישות הרלוונטיות
איסוף הצהרות ומסמכי ספקים
בחינה ואישור של גרפיקות אריזה בהיבטי סימון ורגולציה
עבודה שוטפת מול ספקים בארץ ובעולם לצורך קבלת מידע, מסמכים והשלמות רגולטוריות.
תמיכה בפרויקטים של מוצרים חדשים, שינויי חומרים, ספקים ואריזות.
מתן מענה לפניות רגולטוריות של יחידות עסקיות, לקוחות וממשקים פנימיים.
ניהול ומעקב אחר משימות ומסמכי איכות ורגולציה במערכות החברה.
עבודה שוטפת מול מחלקות פיתוח, איכות, רכש, הנדסת אריזות, שיווק, משפטית ושרשרת אספקה.

אחריות:
תואר ראשון בהנדסה, כימיה, מדעי המזון, ביוטכנולוגיה או תחום רלוונטי אחר.
ניסיון בתחום האיכות, הרגולציה או ניהול מסמכים טכניים – יתרון.
היכרות עם דרישות רגולטוריות בתחום מגע עם מזון ואריזות – יתרון משמעותי.
ניסיון בעבודה מול ספקים ובבחינת מסמכי תאימות – יתרון.
אנגלית ברמה גבוהה מאוד, בכתב ובעל פה – חובה.
שליטה טובה ביישומי Office, בדגש על Excel.
יכולת עבודה עצמאית, סדר, דיוק ומעקב אחר מספר משימות במקביל.
יכולת עבודה טובה מול ממשקים גלובליים.

Responsibilities (English):

SodaStream is seeking a Quality & Regulatory Engineer- Maternity Leave Replacement- 9 months!

Position Summary:
Responsible for managing and advancing regulatory activities related to product, raw material, and packaging compliance, with a focus on regulatory documentation, food contact compliance, and packaging artwork approval. The role involves ongoing collaboration with suppliers and cross-functional teams in Israel and globally.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and maintain regulatory documentation, including:
Declarations of Conformity (DoC)
Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
Supplier declarations and compliance documentation for raw materials and finished products
Test reports and supporting documentation related to food contact compliance
Drive food contact compliance activities, including:
Collecting and reviewing supplier information
Defining testing requirements and monitoring testing activities
Reviewing laboratory reports and test results
Tracking and closing regulatory compliance gaps
Support regulatory activities related to packaging, including:
Reviewing packaging materials for compliance with applicable regulatory requirements
Collecting supplier declarations and supporting documentation
Reviewing and approving packaging artwork for labeling and regulatory compliance
Communicate regularly with local and international suppliers to obtain regulatory information, documentation, and compliance updates.
Support new product development projects, material changes, supplier qualifications, and packaging modifications.
Respond to regulatory inquiries from business units, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Manage and track quality and regulatory tasks and documentation within company systems.
Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality, Procurement, Packaging Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Supply Chain teams.
Qualifications (English):
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science, Biotechnology, or another relevant field.
Experience in Quality, Regulatory Affairs, or technical documentation management – an advantage.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to food contact materials and packaging – a significant advantage.
Experience working with suppliers and reviewing compliance documentation – an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal English skills – required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently, maintain attention to detail, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global cross-functional teams.
