Manufacturing Operational Excellence student
Prioritizes and drive performance improvements that will have substantial impact on the business results and on delivering operational
excellence to customers, by challenging the status quo, coaching, and embedding a mindset of continuous improvement to achieve performance excellence.

Your role:

Leading performance improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, and cost optimization.
Driving the use of real-time operational dashboards to enable data-driven decisions and visibility.
Implementing Lean Manufacturing principles and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Acting as the operational bridge between Manufacturing Engineering and the Production Floor—ensuring alignment and smooth execution of process enhancements.
Managing cross-functional improvement projects with production, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams.
Analyzing production KPIs and operational data to identify bottlenecks and drive action plans.
Supporting the development and standardization of best practices, visual management tools, and standard work routines.
Facilitating Gemba walks, Kaizen events, A3 thinking, and root cause analyses.
Promoting a culture of ownership, discipline, and operational excellence across manufacturing teams.

You're the right fit if:

· urrently pursuing a B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering and Management

· Grade average: 80+

· At least 1.5 years left before graduating

· Ability to work 3 days a week

· Strong knowledge in Excel

· Good English skills – Verbal and written

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
