Responsibilities

Correspondence with clients (both Israeli and international) and public entities (such as the Patent Registrar)

Conducting audits and regular follow-ups

Updating data

Generating reports and accounts, etc.

Location

The work is based at the group’s offices in Ramat Hachayal, Tel Aviv.

Requirements

Experience as a paralegal – mandatory

Experience in the field of trademarks/patents – an advantage

High proficiency in written and verbal communication

Native Hebrew speaker, fluent/native-level English

Proficiency in Office software

Excellent interpersonal skills
