Role Overview

Lead global jobbing operations for MCW/AGAN products manufactured by external suppliers, with end-to-end ownership from forecasting and planning through execution and final customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end jobbing operations.
Act as focal point for jobbers and internal departments.
Schedule production campaigns and ETDs.
Coordinate supply of raw materials, packaging, and labels.
Track production and resolve operational constraints.
Issue subcontracting POs and report production.
Manage inventories at jobber facilities.
Support logistics documentation.
Approve jobber invoices and handle payment issues.
Follow up on customer complaints.
- Monitor jobber performance and drive improvements.

Experience

Academic degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Logistics, or similar.
2+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or planning roles within a global manufacturing environment.
Proven experience managing end-to-end operational processes, from forecasting and planning through execution and customer delivery.
Experience leading cross-functional and global projects with third-party manufacturers and external partners to support business continuity and production activities.
Strong experience working in a dynamic multitasking environment, including independent management of priorities, stakeholders, and operational interfaces.
Experience working with production planning, procurement, packaging, materials coordination, and supply continuity processes.
Fluent in Hebrew & English.
