Escalations Engineer/Technical Support Team Lead

Escalations Engineer (Tier 4) BSc in Computer Science from a recognized university with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming. Proficient in C++ or Java with a solid knowledge of its ecosystems and at least 5 years hands-on relevant experience. Experience with SQL and running database queries for debugging. Proficient with cloud infrastructures (preferably AWS and Azure). **** Solution Developer Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field, or past service in a technological unit 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in Python Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop customized solutions Fluent in English (speaking, writing, and reading) Technical Support Team Lead 3+ years of hands-on experience as a technical support engineer or as a developer- a must 2+ years of managerial experience for a team of 3+ people. Experience establishing a technical support team and process from scratch Proactive data-driven approach - spot recurring issues within our product and find the long-term solution to address them Feels at home exploring an SQL data schema and writing SQL queries, logging tools, system health monitoring tools. Great time management, prioritization and sense of ownership skills Experience in providing services to agreed SLA's. Experience handling support requests from a variety of different channels under high pressure.
