Powtoon is seeking a B2B Marketing Manager & Growth Hacker who knows how to identify, produce, and distribute content that moves the needle. In this role, AI and automation are your secret weapon—used to 10x performance across every stage of the marketing funnel.

In the position you will be :

Identifying relevant content topics per ICP (ideal customer profile)
Creating content that speaks directly to those audiences
Ensuring it reaches the right channels (email, social, community, paid, SEO, etc.)
Ensuring it reaches the right people through precise distribution strategies
Using AI tools and automation to supercharge ideation, production, personalization, and measurement. Create and repurpose content that aligns with audience needs and intent. Match every piece of content to the right channel (organic, paid, community, SEO, newsletter, etc.). Leverage AI and automation to optimize each part of the workflow—from ideation and production to distribution and tracking.
Community-building, viral marketing, and audience growth. You’ll serve as Powtoon’s Community Alchemist—orchestrating social-led initiatives, fueling organic reach, and unlocking viral loops that drive exponential engagement. If you love crafting content, testing bold ideas, and building loyal audiences across platforms, this is your role.
Marketing Management & Operations: Take full ownership of execution—create landing pages, run ads, craft email campaigns, and iterate based on data.Lead marketing projects end-to-end, ensuring campaigns are optimized and measurable. Streamline marketing operations and improve internal processes. Drive visibility for Powtoon across core customer segments with creative campaigns. Analyze marketing performance and customer behavior for continuous improvement. Manage product launches, email marketing strategy, and user research. Collaborate across content, advertising, product, and development.
Entrepreneurial Growth & Ownership: Act like a founder—identify new growth opportunities and execute them from idea to impact. Develop high-impact strategies beyond traditional channels: social virality, email list growth, referral loops, and more. Launch unconventional campaigns that challenge the status quo and drive real business outcomes. ️

This role blends classic marketing execution with modern growth hacking across social media, communities, and emerging channels.

Requirements

4–6 years of experience in marketing, growth, social, or community management (ideally in SaaS or tech).
Proven success in building and scaling global social media and community-driven marketing.
Deep understanding of LinkedIn and other B2B engagement channels.
Strong grasp of content virality, list building, influencer marketing, and creator economies.
Data-savvy, creative, and entrepreneurial—you test fast and scale what works.
Native or near-native English proficiency (all interviews, meetings, presentations, and written communication are conducted in English).
A true team player with excellent communication and leadership skills
