We are looking for a talented Video & Social Media Marketing Specialist to oversee the creation and distribution of engaging video content for our site, sales efforts and social handles. You’ll help to brainstorm video ideas and how to best execute them, as well as project manage all video requests with a small team of video producers. This role requires a blend of creative flair, strategic thinking and adept project management skills.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing Video Efforts: Lead the development and execution of B2B and B2C video content, from initial brainstorming sessions to final delivery. This includes conceptualizing ideas, storyboarding, scriptwriting, directing and ensuring high-quality post-production.
Strategic Project Management: Coordinate video marketing campaigns involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and in alignment with strategic objectives. Utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, allocate resources effectively and mitigate potential risks.
Manage Workflow of Video Producers: Manage and inspire a small team of international video editors and animators. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity, innovation, deadline delivery and excellence in execution.
Social Media Management: Develop a monthly plan to engage actively on social, complete with content sharing, social-first video creation and additional distribution on social, assisting in growing follower numbers and increasing engagement on our brand handles
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to integrate video and social content seamlessly into broader marketing initiatives. Champion the role of video and social in driving brand awareness, engagement and conversions.

If you want to join our journey, you’ll need:

2 years of experience in video production and social content creation, with a strong track record of creating impactful visual content for both B2B and B2C audiences
A social-savvy individuals who keeps a pulse on the latest social trends, video trends and technologies
A passion for storytelling and visual communication, coupled with the ability to translate strategic objectives into compelling video content that drives engagement and conversion
Demonstrated ability to oversee complex projects from inception to completion, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Experience leading and motivating team members in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams and cultures
Preferred: Knowledge in graphic design and video editing
