FP&A Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our growing team! In this role, you will play a key part in providing financial insights, analyzing data, and assisting with monthly and quarterly close processes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver valuable insights and recommendations that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor key metrics against business performance and support the monthly close process.
Develop and maintain financial models for budgets and forecasts.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses, providing strategic insights to support business decisions.
Collaborate with various departments to gather financial insights and deliver actionable recommendations.

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience as an FP&A Analyst or related field, preferably in high-growth or global payments industries.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Detail-oriented, with a commitment to data accuracy and reliability.
Team player with the ability to work independently, self-learn, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel is a must.
Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools – an advantage.
Fluent in English.
