We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Analyst to join our growing team in Tel Aviv. This role is pivotal in scaling our business and demands a candidate with a strategic mindset, capable of independent decision-making, and adept at managing substantial budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
Setting up Search campaigns & handling high budgets in highly competitive markets.
Use data-driven strategies for optimization and overall marketing effectiveness.
Continuously monitor and refine campaign performance to meet KPIs and enhance ROI.
Conduct thorough marketing research to influence strategies.
Undertake market research to uncover new opportunities and target audience segments.
Requirements:
University degree in Science, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or similar. B.Sc. graduates with magna cum laude distinction or high psychometric scores are preferred.
High level of Excel - must.
Exceptional analytical skills and a strong affinity for numbers.
Results-oriented, ambitious, and diligent.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
Skilled in managing multiple projects autonomously.
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with various internal teams.
Language: Native or high-level proficiency in English.
Prior analytical and business work experience or online marketing experience is a plus.
