Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Assistant Controller to join our finance team. In this role, you will be part of a team of financial professionals responsible for managing revenue recognition processes, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and ASC 606, and supporting cross-functional business needs. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and determine revenue recognition in accordance with US GAAP and ASC 606
Ensure timely and accurate revenue reporting and compliance
Develop, document, and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages
Audit and monitor commission calculations and calculate Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Support and manage statutory audit processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations
Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX, and accounting policies

Qualifications:

CPA with at least 2+ years of post-internship experience, preferably in a high-tech multinational organization
Deep understanding of ASC 606 and revenue recognition processes
Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, and Qlik Sense
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English with exceptional attention to detail
Reliable and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership
A collaborative team player who is eager to learn and grow
Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
