What you’ll do:

Lead requirements gathering, analysis and design for end-to-end integration solutions for our customers.
Become an expert in the Sapiens’ software application/s and use the core system functionalities to support customer’s business process and requirements.
Work closely with customers, Project Management, Development, and Testing teams to ensure a high-quality implementation of the defined solutions.
Collaborate with service and operations to establish and maintain flawless day-to-day business operations.

What to Have for this position:

Must have Skills:

At least 3 years of Business Analysis experience, including requirement and solution definition.
At least 3 years of customer facing experience.
A related bachelor's degree (Information technology, Business Administration, Management Information Systems), and/or related certification.
Excellent analytical skills.
Advanced SQL skills for data analysis, querying, and reporting purposes.
Hands-on design experience of APIs and ETL tools.
Knowledge and experience working at Agile environment & methodology; familiarity with support working tools (e.g. Jira).
Experience in full project lifecycle having been involved in system implementation or enhancement projects.
Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
Good understanding of enterprise software solution packages.
Experience in working in a global environment.
Fluent in English and Hebrew.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good to have Skills:

Experience working in a Life and Pensions Insurance market.
Background of programming languages (mainly Web Services).
Knowledge in xml standards and conventions.
