Position Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic, people-oriented Project Manager with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality projects and solving complex problems. You will assist in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet the project goals and stakeholders' expectations. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time and meet the required objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress and track milestones.
Identify and address project risks, issues, and roadblocks with creative problem-solving.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project.
Foster a people-oriented approach, encouraging team collaboration and productivity.
Support in coordinating and leading project meetings, ensuring clarity and direction among team members.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful elements and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
Passion for delivering quality results and solving challenges during the project lifecycle.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills focused on team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) - Adventage
Proficient in project management software - Adventage.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
