Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Dimona is currently seeking applicants for an Engineering Assistant in the Engineering Department. In this position you will assist engineers and other professionals in performing technical tasks and ensuring project success. This individual will operate in a team environment and support projects from start to completion.

Job Location:

Dimona is in Southern Israel in the Negev, not far from the Dead Sea area, the lowest point on earth.

The factory in Dimona was established in 1986 and has over 1,000 employees.

What you will be doing:

Support process engineers at their daily jobs in production line
Conduct engineering experiments, gathering data and data analysis
Promote engineering projects to improve product quality and enhance yield
Run engineering experiments to qualify new processes, raw materials and equipment
Perform failure analysis

What you will bring along:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Attention to detail and accuracy
Organizational and time-management skills
