Facilities Maintenance

monday.com is looking for a maintenance team member to join the Workplace team and take responsibility for maintaining our Tel Aviv office.You will hold the full scope of responsibilities for maintenance tickets, preventive maintenance, vendor relations, and service experience for our employees, guests, and partners. You will create and maintain a pleasant, aesthetic, and functional work environment, inspiring our employees and ensuring that they experience a high level of organizational effectiveness, safety, and fun.About The RoleBe a part of the Workplace team and take ownership of the company facilities and smooth day to day operationsSolve tickets for maintenance related issues such as; repairs, drywall, painting, plumbing, preventive maintenance, and more.Enhance employee experience within our great office environmentCoordinate and execute office maintenance activitiesManage office vendors and relationships over timeEngage with employees and stakeholders to coordinate facilities related projectsYour Experience & SkillsPrevious experience in workplace/facilities positions or similar roles (fast pace environment) - minimum 2 yearsProven previous experience with paint repairs, dry walls, plumbing systems, ceiling repairs etc.Previous experience with building infrastructure systemsTechnical and handyman skills - MustStrong verbal and communication skills. Work fluently and confidently in English.Customer centric approach.Multitasking skills, ability to prioritize and work as needed towards meeting short deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point) and email tools (as Outlook or Google calendar) - must. PM tools proficiency - an advantage.
