The Help Desk Administrator will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our internal employees, as well as managing and maintaining the company's help desk operations.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and customer service, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressureResponsibilities:Provide technical support and assistance to employees via tickets, email, and in-person interactions.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networkingManage and maintain the company's help desk operations, including ticket tracking and resolutionCollaborate with other IT team members to identify and resolve complex technical issuesMaintain inventory and documentation of hardware, software, and licensesAssist in the development and implementation of IT policies and proceduresRequirements:2+ years of experience in IT and customer serviceStrong understanding of hardware, software, and networking conceptsTroubleshooting both Windows and macOS operating systemsExcellent communication (customer orientation) and problem-solving skillsAbility to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyExperience with help desk management and ticket tracking systems (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk…)Experience in Google Workspace (G-Suite) - AdvantageExperience in AWS - AdvantageExperience in VMware environment - Advantage
