The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to own a meaningful product domain within the Glassbox platform. This person will lead product discovery, define strategy, shape roadmap priorities, and work closely with engineering, design, data, customer success, sales, and customers to deliver high-impact capabilities for enterprise users.

This is a hands-on product leadership role for someone who is analytical, customer-obsessed, technically fluent, and comfortable operating in a complex B2B SaaS environment.

What You Will Do?
Help shape Glassbox's evolution toward AI-powered and agentic product experiences.
Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a core Glassbox product area.
Deeply understand customer problems and translate them into scalable product solutions.
Lead the product lifecycle from discovery and validation through delivery, launch, adoption, and iteration.
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, GTM, and Customer Success teams.
Drive product decisions using a combination of customer insight, analytics, market understanding, and business impact.
Define success metrics and ensure product investments deliver measurable outcomes.
Become a trusted voice for your product area across the company.

What You Will Need?

We're looking for a product manager who combines strong product instincts with disciplined execution.

You likely have:

5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.
Experience owning complex products involving analytics, AI, data, platform capabilities, or enterprise workflows.
Strong understanding of the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) and a structured approach to discovery, prioritization, execution, and measurement.
A proven ability to take products from idea to customer impact.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with product usage data and customer feedback.
Experience working closely with engineering teams on technically sophisticated products.
A self-starter mindset with the ability to create clarity and momentum in ambiguous environments.
Hands-on familiarity with modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Cursor, or similar technologies, and a genuine interest in how AI is transforming software products and user experiences.
Fluency in English.

An advantage:

Experience in Product Analytics, Digital Experience Analytics, Session Replay, Customer Journey Analytics, AI Assistants, Data Platforms, Observability, or Enterprise SaaS.
Experience with products such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Pendo, Quantum Metric, Contentsquare, FullStory, Similarweb, Datadog, or comparable platforms.
Experience serving enterprise customers in regulated industries such as Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, or Telecommunications.
