About the Role

We are looking for an Automation Engineer who can design and implement automation workflows that operate within Windows/VM environments. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product teams to translate business rules into automation logic, and with engineering teams to integrate these automations seamlessly into client-facing systems.

Responsibilities

Design and implement automation workflows for applications on Windows-based environments (VMs).
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and deliver automation requirements.
Ensure robustness with error handling, monitoring, and logging.
Deliver fast, high-impact automation solutions that demonstrate immediate value.

Requirements:

Hands-on experience with RPA tools (UiPath strongly preferred).
Proven ability to automate repetitive application tasks in Windows environments.
Tech-savvy, fast learner, able to quickly understand new domains and constraints.
Scripting knowledge (e.g. Python) a strong plus.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
