Senior Product Designer

The Job

We are seeking for an Senior Product Designer (UX & UI) who is passionate about UX, design and product. The ideal candidate will be skilled at each stage of the design process but always focused on the needs of the customer.

You will work with other designers and cross-functional team members and will rely heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.

Your Day-to-Day Role

By partnering with cross-functional teams and customers, you will turn your insights into delightful products in a creative environment that requires proven leadership skills and the ability to execute a creative vision.

More responsibilities in detail:

Set design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research.
Identify new product improvement opportunities.
Analyze how a new product satisfies market needs and consumer preferences.
Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences.
Work closely with product managers to suggest improvements for products and processes.
Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams, senior leadership and external clients .
Your Work Experience

5+ years of proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing
Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members and effectively communicate design concepts
A strong track record of getting things done with experience in building products from the ground up
An innovator that can plan the high-level strategy but at the same time drill down to the low-level details
A natural problem solver with sharp analytical skills and data-driven mindset
An intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious
Passion for design; not satisfied with the status quo and always thinking of ways to improve
Strong design layout principles and typography knowledge
Experience working with Agile and Lean product development methodologies.
A well-rounded portfolio of client work, demonstrating a strong understanding of client objectives
Important Details

This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work out of our Tel Aviv office a minimum of 3 days per week to maximize collaboration and interaction with the business. Travel may be required.
