Responsibilities:

Gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.

Developing and proposing effective solutions in collaboration with technical teams.

Managing and coordinating project activities, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.

Developing and executing testing plans to maintain high quality standards and resolving any defects or issues.

Implementing change management strategies, providing training and support to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions.

Requirements and skills:

Master’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, data analysis, and requirement elicitation.

Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) is preferred.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to the business domain (e.g., GDPR, SOX…etc.,) may be required depending on the industry.
