Product Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our Immunology Business Unit. As a Psoriasis Product Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies and promote our Psoriasis product.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies for our Psoriasis product., in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives Define and execute tactical marketing plans to drive product optimization and maintain our share of voice including creation of promotional materials, campaigns, newsletters etc. Be part of the CVT (Core Value Team) – a strategic team that leads the product from strategy plan to implementation Monitor and analyze product performance, market dynamics, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and participate in the forecasting processes Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, and healthcare providers Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs and Market Access to ensure successful launches and life-cycle management Work closely with the Digital manager to develop digital and hybrid projects while initiating creative solutions Actively participate in international conferences, symposiums, and other scientific events Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and ethical standards

Requirements:

B.Sc in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field.
An advanced degree (MBA) is preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management in an international pharmaceutical company
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze complex data, market insights, and trends to drive data-informed decision making Proficient in project management and cross-functional collaboration
Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry
