Material and Process chemical Engineer

Engineer in the materials and processes group
Researching and sourcing new advanced materials to comply with new and existing technologies; adhesives, plastics, glasses
Developing new and optimizing existing processes
Development, characterization and analysis of materials and processes impact on product specifications and performance
Provide support to optics and mechanics development and engineering units

Requirements:

Over 2 years of experience in the industry
High level of technical writing in English; test plans, protocols and lab reports
High level of independency; planning, analysis and deduction
Hands on, working in chemical labs
Ability to work under demanding mile stones; targets and time lines
Knowledge of surface chemistry; treatment and analysis (plasma, corona, priming, contact angle, surface energy…) advantage
Experience in preparation and testing materials for mechanical properties (young's modulus, impact, elasticity etc.)
Experience, Knowledge and knowhow on adhesive chemistry (acrylic, epoxy, UV, thermal etc.) Advantage
Background in optical materials and processes advantage
M.Sc.\ Ph.D. in chemical eng.\material eng.\applied chemistry.
