Product Management- Full Time Opportunities

You will partner with security, services, and engineering teams to create, scale, and deliver new security solutions that are driven by innovation, quality, and reliability. Our teams work very closely with product engineering/Microsoft filed (Sales and Marketing and Cloud Solution Architects)/strategic customers, and partners. We create deep engineering relationships with the product engineering team to learn about the features of Microsoft Defender for Cloud product and its service architecture, and then educate Microsoft field, our customers, and our partners how to best deploy and use our products. Responsibilities
You will learn to understand one or more success criteria of a feature. You’ll also help identify short-term investment opportunities and help engage partner support for a feature.
You will develop the ability to define a feature and will assist others in facilitating usability reviews with customers. You’ll understand how your own feature integrates with the general roadmap, and will coordinate with others to identify problems through scenario walkthroughs.
You will assist Product Managers by helping build marketing, roll-out plans, and customer support plans. You’ll also promote the feature you worked on and present at small events.
You will help others collect performance metrics and form hypotheses to incrementally improve product development in specific areas. You’ll also learn to manage customer communities and help build trust with targeted customers.
Subject Matter Expert: be a subject matter export (level 300 and 400) in the Microsoft security products.
Advocate for our customers: Capture the voice of the customers and synthesize quantitative and qualitative feedback into actionable recommendations in a prioritized manner.

You will be responsible for defining KPIs, ensuring every aspect of the service is instrumented and delve deep into the data to identify key insights and drive decisions based on them.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Recent Graduate of Bachelor's in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent
1+ year of experience in product management/Cyber Security/software development/Analyst
