Nova is looking for a hands-on, people-focused FM SW Team Leader to lead our Agile Fleet Management development team.

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Computer Science / Engineering
1+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Team Lead
3+ years of hands-on development in C# and .NET
Experience with .NET Core, gRPC, WCF, MS SQL, and Entity Framework
Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-first attitude
Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with the ability to present and communicate technical topics effectively in English.

Role Responsibilities:

What you will be doing:

Lead a cross-functional team of 4–5 developers, DBAs, and QA engineers.
Own the design, planning, and delivery of new features.
Manage team capacity and execution in close collaboration with Product and Project Managers.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders.
