We are looking for a Project Manager for Relocation in Russian speaking country to administer and organize all the construction missions of the projects, from simple activities to more complex plans. · Working closely with our mother company management to prepare comprehensive action plan, including resources, timeframes and budget vs actual revision of the project. · Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants. · Analyze risks and opportunities. · Liaise with Company’s engineering team to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives. · Oversee project procurement management. · Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management. · Ensuring that the project’s needs are met as the project evolves. · Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests. · Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise. · Maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. · Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. · Background in engineering –must. · Proven work experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role. · Experience in project management, from conception to delivery. · An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans. · Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management. · Strong administration-facing and teamwork skills. · Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control. · Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner-must. · Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Basecamp or Trello)-advantage. · Previous work experience in Russian speaking country · Russian on the level of mother tongue and fluent English- must. · Relocation on bachelor’s condition- must.
