Sr. Director Finance Israel

We are looking for a Senior Director of Finance to join our leadership team in Israel. This role reports directly to Deputy GM, RADA Israel Leader and operates in close partnership with the BU CFO, functioning within a matrix organizational structure.The Sr. Director Finance will serve as a strategic and operational finance leader, with primary responsibility for all financial activities across Israel and Rest of World (ROW) operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted financial business partner to the Deputy GM Israel Leader, supporting strategic decision-making, execution, and business growthLead and manage all financial operations in Israel and ROW entities, ensuring alignment with global standards and local requirementsWork closely with the BU CFO on financial reporting, planning, and performance managementOwn and drive the financial planning cycle (budget, forecasts, long-term plans) for Israel and ROWEnsure accurate and timely financial reporting to Leonardo DRS headquarters in the USOversee all accounting, tax, treasury, and cash flow management, including forecasting and liquidity planningEnsure full compliance with SOX, corporate policies, and regulatory requirementsLead and optimize internal controls and financial governance processesManage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal consultantsOversee legal-related financial aspects in coordination with corporate and local stakeholdersBuild, lead, and develop high-performing finance teams (direct and matrix)Partner with cross-functional leaders across Operations, Programs, and Business UnitsSupport international business activities across ROW in a multicultural environmentRequirements:Requirements10+ years of progressive experience in finance, including senior leadership roles (Director / Sr. Director level)Proven experience in a global / US corporate environmentStrong background in FP&A, financial reporting, and operational financeExperience managing matrix reporting lines and working with corporate HQ functionsCPA or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics (MBA – advantage)Experience in high-tech / industrial / defense sectors – advantageStrong leadership, communication, and influencing skillsAbility to operate both strategically and hands-onFluent English (written and spoken)
