Salesforce Project Manager

LiveU is looking for a Salesforce Project Manager to lead cross-functional Salesforce projects within the MIS department’s DARE team. This role supports the Product department’s roadmap, with an increasing focus on AI-driven capabilities and integration with internal systems.

You will be responsible for delivering impactful solutions, ensuring architectural alignment, and driving collaboration across business, development, QA, and integration teams in a matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Salesforce project delivery—from scope to production rollout.
Coordinate timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies using Agile methodologies.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect, challenge, and translate requirements.
Align delivery with internal MIS architecture, QA, and CI/CD standards.
Monitor Salesforce trends and propose relevant innovations, especially around AI and automation.
Contribute to backlog management, sprint planning, and continuous improvement efforts.

About the DARE Team -DARE is the strategic execution arm of LiveU's MIS department, responsible for cross-platform Delivery, robust Architecture, platform Reliability (via the embedded QA team), and internal Enablement. The team leads enterprise system initiatives—Salesforce, ERP, automation, and AI—aligned with business and product goals.

Requirements:

Min 3–5 years’ experience managing Salesforce projects in cross-functional settings.
Deep understanding of Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform Services.
Experience in collaborating directly with business stakeholders to gather, challenge, and validate requirements
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Hands-on experience in Agile project delivery and tools like Jira and Confluence – a plus
Proficient with CI/CD practices, release automation, and quality governance.
Strong collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to drive execution through influence.
Experience working with integration platforms (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft).
Exposure to AI or intelligent automation projects within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hebrew, written and spoken
Basic understanding of Apex code (ability to read logic). BIG advantage
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, App Builder) – a plus
