A manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to lead quality assurance initiatives. The role includes managing quality processes, handling non-conformities, ensuring ISO compliance, conducting audits, managing customer and supplier complaints, validating new processes, and presenting quality metrics.

The company is located in Nof HaGalil, in northern Israel. 1 day from home.

Responsibilities:

Lead quality processes and implement corrective actions.
Conduct internal audits and support external certification audits.
Train employees on quality standards and procedures.
Manage customer and supplier complaints, including RMA investigations.
Validate new processes and monitor quality metrics.

Requirements:

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, or related field.
Knowledge of ISO standards (17025, 13485, 9001) and QMS.
Internal auditor or CQE certification – advantage.
Excellent Hebrew and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP knowledge (Priority) – advantage.
Strong leadership, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel as needed.
